Ingredients

6 apples (pink ladies)

3 sticks of cinnamon

1/5 cup of water

Instructions

Peel the apples and cut into smaller pieces.

Add the apples, water and cinnamon into a pan.

Boil everything on a low fire until the color turns brown.

Remove the cinnamon sticks.

Blend everything to a smooth consistency.
