Ingredients:

50 gr icing sugar

1 tbsp cream

Instructions:

Put the sugar and the cream in a pan and bring to boil on a low fire.

After the sugar is melted cook on low heat for 5 - 7 minutes while constant stirring.

Test the consistency with a wooden spoon, the mixture should form a small string.

Add the mixture to the forms and let cool down for 20 minutes.
