200 gr minced chicken
300 gr half on half mince
1 tbsp bread-crumbs
1/2 tsp grounded black pepper
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp Korean pepperflakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp ketjap manis
1/2 onion
1/2 red paprika
1/2 tsp sambal badjak
Mix everything in the kitchen machine into a smooth paste.
Divide into 120 gr balls and roll then into rolls.
Roll the rolls in kitchenfoil and twist the ends tightly.
Well the rolls in 80 degrees water for 20 minutes.
Deepfry at 175 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.
