Huzaren salade

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes, boiled and cooled<

1 small sweet onion

8 medium pickles

1 red apple<

120 gr peas (ready to eat)<

120 gr carrots (ready to eat)

4 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp pickle juice


Ingredients: Garnish

2 boiled eggs

mayonnaise

cocktail onions

tomatoes

paprika powder

Instructions:

Cut the potatoes in small dices.

Chop the sweet onions and pickles.

Peel the apple and cut in small dices.

Mix everything together with the mayonnaise and pickle juice.

Rest the salad overnight.

The next day, put the salad on a big plate, slather lightly with mayonnaise.

Decorate with garnish, sprinkle with the paprika powder.<
