750 gr minced chicken
250 gr minced beef
1 onion
1 red paprika
1 close garlic
3 tbsp bread-crumbs
1,5 tsp salt
1,5 tsp grounded black pepper
3 tbsp sambal
1,5 tbsp ketjap manis
3 tsp paprika powder (smoked)
Add the onion and paprika to the kichen machine and mix till a smooth paste.
Mix the minces and all herbs together.
Form into squares.
Use a square shape to indent the blocks and make them look like tank tracks.
Put them in the freezer to stiffen them up.
Well them in 80 degrees water for 20 minutes.
Deepfry them on 185 degrees untill then have a nice brown color.
