Naan

Ingredients

250 flour

3 tsp sugar

1.5 tsp instant yeast

1 tsp salt

3 tbsp yogurt

2 tsp olive oil

160 ml warm water (38 degrees C.)

Instructions

Add the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in the mixer and mix.

In a seperate bowl mix the yogurt, olive oil and 180 ml warm water.

Add both mixture together and mix with a fork.

Put some flour on the kithcen top.

Put the mixture on the kitchen top and kneed until you have a nice dough.

Oil a bowl and add the dough.

Put the bowl in a warm spot and leave for 1 hour.

Add some flour to your kitchen top.

Add the dough and cut into 6 pieces.

Flatten the pieces with a rolling pin. 3mm thick.

Bake the naan in a pan until golden brown (about 3 minutes each side).
