Viandel

Ingredients:

250 gr mince chicken

150 gr half on half mince

1 tbsp bread-crumbs

1/2 onion grated

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp grounded black pepper

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp ginger powder

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

1/2 tsp nutmeg

- Crust -

1 Egg

200 gr flour

200 ml water

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Put all the meat in the kitchenmachine together with all the herbs and bread-crumbs.

Mix untill you get a smooth mixture.

Form small balls of 70 gr. Roll the balls into a roll.

Put the rolls in kitchenfoil and twist the ends tightly.

Well the rolls in 80 degrees water for 20 minutes.

Take them out of the water and let them cool down.

- Crust

Mix all ingredients untill you have a smooth mixture.

Roll the frikandellen in the mixture making sure they are completely covered.

Deepfry at 185 degrees for 4 to 5 minutes.
